The following is a legal agreement between You (the recipient of the Images) and the photographer / copyright holder which governs the use of watermarked and non-watermarked photographies and other images ("Images") distributed in digital format.

By accepting an Image You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement automatically, without any other conditions or declarations. If You do not agree with these terms, You are not allowed to accept, keep nor use the Image.

All Images on the site www.metazahren.com are copyrighted and they are the properties of Meta Zahren, unless explicitly attributed otherwise.

All rights are reserved unless otherwise granted to You. Your rights to use the Image are subject to the present stipulation.

Het volgende is een bindende afspraak tussen U (de ontvanger van de foto's) en de fotograaf / copyright houder. Deze afspraak bepaald het gebruik van afbeeldingen en foto's met en zonder waterteken ("afbeeldingen") die digitaal verdeelt worden.

Door het aanvaarden van deze foto's stemt U deze bindende afspraken automatisch toe, zonder verdere condities nog uitzonderingen. Als U niet toestemt tot deze bepalingen mag U deze foto's niet aanvaarden, houden nog gebruiken.

Alle afbeeldingen op de site www.metazahren.com zijn copyrighted door Meta Zahren, ten zij uitdrukkelijk anders toegewezen.

Alle rechten voorbehouden, behalve de rechten die uitdrukkelijk zijn afgestaan. U rechten om deze foto's te gebruiken zijn volgens deze voorwaarden.

• In digital format on websites, multimedia presentations, broadcast film and video, cell phones.
• In printed promotional materials, magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers, CD/DVD covers, etc.
  
• Along with your corporate identity on business cards, letterhead, etc.
• To decorate your home, your office or any public place.

• Voor decoratie van je huis, kantoor of op openbare plaatsen.

You may not use the image(s)

• For pornographic, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimise other people, sociteties, cultures.
• To endorse products and services if it depicts a person.
• In a way that can gives a bad name to the copyright holder Meta Zahren or the person(s) depicted on the Image or harm them in any way.
• As part of a trademark, service mark or logo.
• SELLING AND REDISTRIBUTION OF THE IMAGE (INDIVIDUALLY OR ALONG WITH OTHER IMAGES) IS EXPLICITLY FORBIDDEN. DO NOT SHARE THE IMAGE WITH OTHERS.
  

U mag de foto's niet gebruiken

• Voor pornografische, illegale of andere immoreele doeleinden, om haat of discriminatie te verspreiden, of om kwaat of laster te spreken over mensen, groepen of culturen
• Portraiten mag u niet gebruiken om production en diensten the promoten.
• Op een manier die de copyright houder Meta Zahren of de afgebeelde persoon in miskrediet brengt of andere schade toevoegt .
• Als gedeelte van en trademark of logo.
• VERKOOP EN HERVERDELING VAN DEZE FOTO (INDIVIDUELE FOTO'S EVENGOED ALS IN EEN SET VAN FOTO'S) IS EXPLICIET NIET TOEGESTAAN! DEZE FOTO'S MOGEN NIET AAN DERDE DOORGEGEVEN WORDEN.

Always ask permission from the photographer if you want to use the image for any product that you intend to sell or distribute that contain the Image in a dominant way.

Vraag altijd de toestemming van de fotograaf, als U de foto prominent wil gebruiken op een product dat U verdeelt of verkoopt.

Information on rights

You acknowledge that by your receiving of the digital image the ownership of Image does not get transferred to You and You must not claim that it is yours. Your license is non-transferable, which means that You are not allowed to sell, rent, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Image or the right to use the Image to anyone else. The work You create with the Image must be used either by yourself or by your client. You warrant that You do your best to prevent third parties from duplicating the Image.

Meta Zahren, the photographer / copyright older reserves the right to change and/or update the above copyright stipulations without notice.

Rechten

U bevestigt dat door ontvangst van deze digitale foto's de eigendom en eigendomsrechten van geen enkele foto aan U wordt overdragen en dat U zich niet mag voordoen als fotograaf nog copyright houder. Uw licentie is niet overdraagbaar, U mag dus niet de foto verkopen, verhuren, onder licentie plaatsen of de foto of de fotorechten op een andere manier aan een derde overdragen. Het werk dat U met deze foto creëert of laat creëren, moet door Uzelf gebruikt worden. U zal erop waken dat geen derden deze foto's dupliceren.

Meta Zahren, de fotograaf / copyright houder, behoudt zich het recht voor om deze copyright voorwaarden te wijzigen en/of aan te vullen.
